Basketball Recap: Lincoln Extends Winning Streak to Three

Lincoln had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the South Shore Vikings 49-46. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 65-64 back in December of 2024.

Lincoln is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season. As for South Shore, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-9.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Curtis the next time they take the court. Lincoln will host Curtis at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while South Shore will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th.
