Volleyball Recap: San Marin Comes Up Short

San Marin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the College Park Falcons.

Diego Marquez was the offensive standout of the match as he had 11 digs and four assists. That's the most digs he has posted over his last eight games.

San Marin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for College Park, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

San Marin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Alhambra on the 22nd. As for College Park, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Sonoma Valley on the 22nd.
