Soccer Recap: Wellsville Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Wellsville took on Campbell-Savona on Friday. The Lions took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. Wellsville were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Campbell-Savona apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Wellsville's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Campbell-Savona, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Wellsville will face off against Genesee Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Campbell-Savona, they will challenge Cuba-Rushford at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
