Soccer Game Preview: Glendora vs. Claremont

Glendora hasn't had much luck against Claremont recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Tartans will look to defend their home pitch against the Wolfpack at 5:30 p.m.

Glendora managed to keep up with Diamond Bar until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Tartans lost 4-1 to the Brahmas. Glendora fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Diamond Bar since Friday.

Meanwhile, Bonita kept up with Claremont until halftime on Friday, but afterwards: not so much. The Wolfpack never let the Bearcats get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The result was nothing new for Claremont, who have now won five matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Bonita with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Noah Ross, Leonel Moran, and Brody Frandsen.

Glendora's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13-3. As for Claremont, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-3-3.
