Volleyball Recap: Greenwood Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Greenwood lost against Mauldin back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Mavericks. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greenwood was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-10, 25-23.

Greenwood's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Mauldin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Greenwood is set to face off against their familiar foe Greenville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Mauldin will square off against rival Easley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
