Football Game Recap: Mott-Regent/New England vs. New Salem/Glen Ullin

After soaring high against Tioga last Friday, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. Mott-Regent/New England were given a punishing 12-62 loss at the hands of New Salem/Glen Ullin. If Mott-Regent/New England were expecting payback for the 6-28 loss against New Salem/Glen Ullin the last time the teams met, then they were shortchanged.

The loss dropped Mott-Regent/New England back to even at 1-1. The win bumped New Salem/Glen Ullin's record up to 2-0.

Next week, Mott-Regent/New England take on Shiloh Christian at 7:00 PM. As for New Salem/Glen Ullin, they will face of against Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig]/Flasher.
