League recap: Brandywine Heights Area extends undefeated streak to eight games

Brandywine Heights Area (12-5, 9-2) is riding a league-best 8-game winning streak. Two of those wins came in the past week, includinga 18-10 win over Schuylkill Valley. Luke Erb led Brandywine Heights Area's offense with four hits and three RBIs this week.

Behind a 2-1 record over the past week, Tulpehocken made the biggest jump in the national rankings, all the way from 336 to 285.

The Bullets's pitching staff dominated this week, allowing only nine hits and five walks, both of which led the league. On the season, Brandywine Heights Area has allowed just 101 hits, while striking out 143 batters. Erb leads Brandywine Heights Area with 60 strikeouts in 39 innings.
