Solon has no trouble against Brecksville-Broadview Heights

Make it nine blowout wins for the Solon Comets this season. They blew past Brecksville-Broadview Heights 71-51. The win was familiar territory for Solon who now have four in a row.

Adelyn Rahe and Jessie Zenir certainly did their best on Wednesday to try and avoid the loss. Rahe scored 13 points along with nine rebounds and two steals, while Zenir dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Rahe has scored all season. Ashley Perdion was another key contributor, scoring six points along with three blocks.

Solon is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Brecksville-Broadview Heights, their loss dropped their record down to 10-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Solon will take on Wadsworth at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Brecksville-Broadview Heights, they will be playing at home against Twinsburg at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Twinsburg is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
