Troy is 10-0 against Xenia since April of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. After only one run in their last match, Troy made sure to put some runs up on the board against West Carrollton on Wednesday. Everything went Troy's way against West Carrollton as Troy made off with a 22-11 win.
Troy got a massive performance out of Maddie Wright, who scored four runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was Abbey Seger, who scored three runs while going 3-for-5.
Meanwhile, Xenia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They suffered a rough 23-0 loss at the hands of Piqua.
Troy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Xenia, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
