Basketball Recap: Allie Kaup's Big Game Can't Quite Lead West Point-Beemer over North Bend Central

West Point-Beemer lost against North Bend Central back in December of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The West Point-Beemer Cadets fell 54-42 to the North Bend Central Tigers.

West Point-Beemer's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Allie Kaup, who almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Hunke, who posted four points along with eight boards and three blocks.

West Point-Beemer dropped their record down to 18-8 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for North Bend Central, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-7 record this season.

As of now, neither West Point-Beemer nor North Bend Central have any future games scheduled.
