Soccer Game Preview: Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central vs. McKenzie

The Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central Tigers will face off against the McKenzie Rebels at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central fell victim to Clarksburg and their airtight defense two weeks ago. They lost 3-0 to the Rockets.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask McKenzie). They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over Clarksburg on Monday.

McKenzie's offense was hitting Clarksburg from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal. Guillermo Hickman led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

McKenzie's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-1-2. As for Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
