Basketball Game Preview: Conifer Lobos vs. Jefferson Academy Jaguars

The Conifer Lobos will head out on the road to challenge the Jefferson Academy Jaguars at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Conifer will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

While Conifer didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against Denver West by a score of 27-19 on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Jefferson Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They strolled past Kennedy with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 48-32.

Jefferson Academy's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 40.2 points. As for Conifer, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.
