Softball Recap: Leeds Takes a Loss

Leeds and Springville squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Leeds had to settle for second. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 14-5. The Greenwave haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Leeds' loss dropped their record down to 16-18. As for Springville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 48-4-1 record this season.

Leeds does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Springville has already played their next match (against Moody), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
