Boone Grove entered their tilt with Hebron on Tuesday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They were the clear victors by a 12-3 margin over the Hawks. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Wolves have posted against the Hawks since April 23, 2021.

Andrew Batesole made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching seven innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (three). He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Davian Carrera was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. Tristan Wilson was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Boone Grove kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Boone Grove's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-4. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Hebron, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Boone Grove will challenge Hobart at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hebron, they will face off against Marquette Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
