Basketball Recap: Nicholas Ordonez Reyes Key Part of Team Effort in Dragons Win

After losing to Capuchino the last time they met, Drew decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Dragons walked away with a 70-58 victory over the Mustangs on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Dragons.

Drew's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Nicholas Ordonez Reyes led the charge by putting up 14 points. Lukas Wrobel was another key player, going 6-for-7 on his way to 15 points and seven boards.

Drew's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Capuchino, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-4.

Coming up, Drew will head out to square off against Pinewood at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Capuchino, they will challenge Burton at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
