Soccer Recap: Cienega Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

After failing to score in their last matchup, Cienega made sure to put some goals up on the board against Desert View on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Desert View Jaguars with a sharp 5-2 victory. It was an even better day for Ernesto Gonzalez Peralta as he scored three goals for his team.

Cienega pushed their record up to 8-4-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those four contests. As for Desert View, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 14-5-2.
