Soccer Recap: Escambia Comes Up Short

On Tuesday, the Escambia Gators came up short against the Pensacola Catholic Crusaders and fell 4-2. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Escambia's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5-1. As for Pensacola Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Milton the next time they take the pitch. Escambia will host Milton at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Pensacola Catholic will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
