Football Recap: DeKalb Takes a Loss

DeKalb lost against Kaneland back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Barbs were outmatched by the Knights and fell 35-7.

DeKalb now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Kaneland, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

DeKalb and Kaneland will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Barbs will take on rival Stagg at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Kaneland is set to challenge their familiar foe Ottawa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
