Boswell is on a five-game streak of home losses, Fort Towson an eight-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck is about to change on Friday. The Boswell Scorpions will welcome the Fort Towson Tigers at 4:00 p.m. Boswell is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.

Boswell is headed into the contest having just posted their biggest victory since August 20th on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Haworth with a sharp 12-3 win.

Kansas West spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on ten hits.

On the hitting side, Boswell let Rilee Ribera and Breah Williams loose on the outfield. Ribera went 4-for-5 with a home run, four RBI, and two runs, while Williams got on base in four of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases, two runs, and a triple. Boswell's victory bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Fort Towson, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.
