Glendale Prep Academy had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They walked away with a 31-19 victory over the Heritage Academy Heroes. This was payback for the Griffins, who suffered a 47-25 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Joshua McHale threw for 208 yards and three TDs while completing 81.8% of his passes. Kaden Bridges was his top target, picking up 90 receiving yards and a pair of scores. On the ground, Bobby Glazner rushed for 110 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries.

Glendale Prep Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Heritage Academy, they dropped their record down to 4-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

As of now, neither Glendale Prep Academy nor the Heroes have any future games scheduled.
