Mariemont is 9-0-1 against Finneytown since August of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Warriors will venture away from home to square off against the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Saturday just wasn't the day for Mariemont's offense. They fell just short of Oakwood by a score of 1-0 on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Finneytown came up short against Wyoming on Tuesday, falling 8-1. While losing is never fun, Finneytown can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 383rd, while Wyoming are ranked 45th).

Finneytown now has a losing record of 6-7-2. As for Mariemont, their loss dropped their record down to 12-2-1.

Everything went Mariemont's way against Finneytown in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, as Mariemont made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
