Basketball Recap: Siouxland Christian Takes a Loss

Siouxland Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 61-46 to the Woodbury Central Wildcats. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 40-34 back in January.

Siouxland Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Woodbury Central, their win bumped their record up to 7-11.

Siouxland Christian will be playing at home against Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute on Thursday. Siouxland Christian is facing Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute at the right time seeing as Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Woodbury Central, they will square off against St. Mary's at 7:30 p.m. on February 10th.
