Softball Recap: George Rogers Clark Comes Up Short

George Rogers Clark lost against Tates Creek back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cardinals took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Commodores.

George Rogers Clark's loss dropped their record down to 14-3. As for Tates Creek, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. George Rogers Clark will take on Bourbon County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tates Creek, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pike County Central at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Commodores surely won't give up without a fight.
