Clinton kept a clean sheet against Fairfield Central on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Griffins with a sharp 4-0 victory. Grey Garret was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The win made it two in a row for Clinton and bumps their season record up to 6-10-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those two contests. As for Fairfield Central, they dropped their record down to 0-9 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
