Basketball Recap: Green Bay East Comes Up Short

Green Bay East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 65-25 loss at the hands of the New London Bulldogs. The Red Devils were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in January.

Green Bay East now has a losing record at 3-4. As for New London, they moved to 2-7 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Green Bay East will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Xavier at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for New London, they will venture away from home to face off against Marinette at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. New London has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
