Mountain View had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the North Stafford Wolverines as they made off with a 3-0 win. Given Mountain View's advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 100th, while North Stafford are ranked 219th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Mountain View's record is now 5-2. As for North Stafford, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6-1.
