Basketball Recap: Pewitt Comes Up Short

Pewitt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 69-64 heartbreaker at the hands of the Rivercrest Rebels. The Brahmas were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Rebels earlier this season, when they won 59-49.

Pewitt's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Rivercrest, their victory ended an 11-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-26.

As of now, neither Pewitt nor the Rebels have any future games scheduled.
