Basketball Recap: Kings Knights vs. Milford Eagles
Kings took care of business in their home opener on Friday (and then some). They breezed by the Milford Eagles to the tune of 73-45. The Knights pushed the score to 56-33 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles had little chance of recovering from.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Avery Pence, who had ten points plus four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Crouch, who posted six points plus five rebounds.
Milford's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Kings will face off against Little Miami at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Milford, they will welcome Walnut Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
