Horace Mann UCLA Community was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-22, 25-15.

Stella High Charter Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Horace Mann UCLA Community, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.
