Basketball Game Preview: Calhoun County Cougars vs. Randolph-Clay Red Devils + How To Watch

Having just played yesterday, the Calhoun County Cougars will head out on the road to face off against the Randolph-Clay Red Devils at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

On Friday, Calhoun County made easy work of Terrell County and carried off an 81-59 win. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Greenwave: they've now won seven in a row.

Randolph-Clay not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since February 19, 2025 (when they won 85-44). They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Pataula Charter Academy 65-28.

Calhoun County's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Randolph-Clay, they now have a winning record of 11-10.

Calhoun County was able to grind out a solid victory over Randolph-Clay in their previous meeting two weeks ago, winning 52-41. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
