Soccer Recap: Emery Takes a Loss

Emery was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 7-0 to the North Sanpete Hawks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Emery of the 7-5 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Emery now has a losing record of 5-6. As for North Sanpete, they moved to 2-5 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Coincidentally, Emery and North Sanpete will both be playing Manti the next time they take the pitch. The Hawks will host the Templars at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Spartans will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
