Volleyball Game Preview: Crestview Rebels vs. Clearview Clippers

After both having extra time off, the Crestview Rebels and the Clearview Clippers will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Crestview will be strutting in after a victory while Clearview will be coming in after a loss.

On Thursday, Crestview made easy work of Girard and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Rebels in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won three in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Crestview was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-10, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Clearview lost 3-0 to Columbia on Thursday.

While Clearview was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Columbia's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-12, 25-16.

Crestview's win bumped their record up to 19-3. As for Clearview, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-18.
