Baseball Recap: Boise Brave vs. Nampa Bulldogs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mountain View, Boise was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Nampa Bulldogs as the Boise Brave made off with a 12-4 victory. With that win, Boise brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.

Michael Myers spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered four runs (all of which were unearned) on four hits and racked up 11 Ks. Those 11 strikeouts set a new season-high mark for him.

At the plate, Sascha Stoll was a standout: he scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Evan Brown was another key contributor, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-5.
