Baseball Recap: Brunswick Victorious

Brunswick won the last time they faced Camden Hills and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Dragons came out on top in a nail-biter against the Windjammers, sneaking past 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Dragons have posted against the Windjammers since May 11, 2022.

Jimmy Cook was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

The victory made it two in a row for Brunswick and bumps their season record up to 8-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5 runs in those games. As for Camden Hills, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season.
