Volleyball Recap: Red Bay Takes a Loss

Red Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 3-1 to the Lamar County Bulldogs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Red Bay's record is now 12-12. As for Lamar County, they pushed their record up to 7-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Red Bay will take on Sulligent at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lamar County, they will face off against South Lamar at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
