Lincoln won the last time they faced Grove City and things went their way on Saturday too. The Lincoln Lions came out on top against the Grove City Greyhounds by a score of 62-53. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Grove City's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jacob Saxton, who posted 21 points. The game was Saxton's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Demitri Adado was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Lincoln has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.5 points per game. As for Grove City, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lincoln will take on Olentangy Orange at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Olentangy Orange will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Lincoln surely won't give up without a fight. As for Grove City, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Thomas Worthington at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Grove City is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.3 points per game this season.
