Basketball Recap: Williamsburg Academy Comes Up Short

Williamsburg Academy suffered their biggest loss since January 19th on Monday. They took a blow against the East Clarendon Wolverines, falling 63-31. The contest marked the Stallions' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Williamsburg Academy and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for East Clarendon, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Williamsburg Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. John's Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. East Clarendon will take on Scott's Branch in a holiday battle at at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
