Volleyball Recap: Lake Forest Takes a Loss

Lake Forest lost against Glenbrook North back in May of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Scouts fell 2-0 to the Spartans. The Scouts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Lake Forest had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-19.

Glenbrook North was led to victory by Jaiden Han and Will Diaz. Han had ten digs and three assists, while Diaz had six digs. Those three assists gave Han a new career-high.

Lake Forest's record now sits at 9-26. As for Glenbrook North, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 13-17 record.

Lake Forest does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Glenbrook North, they will challenge Glenbrook South at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Titans will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Spartans surely won't give up without a fight.
