If Real Life Christian Academy was riding high fresh off their 15-8 takedown of Sarasota Christian on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Raptors came up short against the Merritt Island Christian Cougars on Saturday, falling 14-4. The Raptors' defeat signaled the end of their 13-game winning streak.

Real Life Christian Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rylee Lyon, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. Shawn Ramsey was another, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Real Life Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 14-3. As for Merritt Island Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-8.
