Westminster never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Godinez Fundamental Grizzlies by a score of 3-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last six times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Jordan Solis was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That triple was his first of the season. Derek Hernandez was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.

Westminster's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-5-1. As for Godinez Fundamental, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.

Westminster will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Grizzlies: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
