Softball Recap: North Central's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

It was fun while it lasted, but North Central's undefeated season came to an end after four games on Saturday. They fell 9-5 to the Indian Land Warriors. The loss was the Knights' first of the season.

Aubrey Taylor was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with three RBI and one double. Another player making a difference was Addie Bittner, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Having lost for the first time this season, North Central fell to 4-1.

North Central will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Camden at 7:00 p.m. on March 12th. As for Indian Land, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, an 11-1 victory against Westside on the 7th.
