Baseball Recap: West Vigo Comes Up Short

West Vigo fell victim to Indian Creek and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Braves by a score of 2-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Vikings were not able to get on the board.

West Vigo's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Indian Creek, they pushed their record up to 8-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Vigo will head out to take on Covington at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Indian Creek, they will venture away from home to face off against Tri-West Hendricks at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
