Coloma waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They strolled past the Fennville Blackhawks with points to spare, taking the game 55-37. Given the Comets' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while the Blackhawks are ranked 550th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Coloma pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game.
