Newark Tech came tearing into Thursday's game with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.4 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Morris County Tech Devils by a score of 6-2. For the Terries, this counts as revenge for the 8-3 victory the Devils walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Newark Tech's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3.
