Baseball Game Preview: Kewaskum Indians vs. Waupun Warriors

For the second straight game, Kewaskum will face off against Waupun. The Indians will head out to take on the Warriors at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Kewaskum 4.1, Waupun 2.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.

On Tuesday, Kewaskum beat Waupun 5-2.

Kingston Grisolono made a splash no matter where he played. He struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Grisolono wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Liam Stoffel, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run and one RBI.

With the defeat, Waupun broke their 11-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-2. As for Kewaskum, their record now sits at 10-4-1.
