Baseball Recap: Tri-Valley Has No Trouble Against Fisher

Tri-Valley's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Fisher Bunnies with a sharp 12-1 win. The victory continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Bunnies: they've now won nine in a row.

Cade Danko was incredible, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. Isaiah Alexander also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Tri-Valley hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fisher struck out nine times.

Tri-Valley's win bumped their record up to 10-2-1. As for Fisher, their loss was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-13.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Tri-Valley will face off against rival Tremont at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Vikings 3.5, the Turks 2.2) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Fisher is set to take on their familiar foe Deer Creek-Mackinaw at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
