Basketball Recap: McComb Takes a Loss

McComb was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 50-34 bruising from the Ridgedale Rockets. The Panthers were probably out for revenge after losing 63-57 to them when the teams met back in December of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

McComb's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Ridgedale, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McComb will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Arcadia at 7:30 p.m. on December 20th. As for Ridgedale, they will square off against Elgin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
