Baseball Recap: Kings Mountain Mountaineers vs. Stuart W. Cramer Storm

Kings Mountain won the last time they faced Stuart W. Cramer and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Mountaineers walked away with a 7-4 win over the Storm. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Mountaineers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Wesley Turner made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off 11 hits. Kings Mountain is 2-1 when Turner allows one or fewer earned runs, but 8-10 otherwise. Turner was also big at the plate, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one run.
