Softball Recap: Lenape Valley Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Lenape Valley's offense. They lost 13-0 to the Parsippany Redhawks on Monday. The Patriots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Redhawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2019.

Lenape Valley has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season. As for Parsippany, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-5.

Looking ahead, Lenape Valley will take on Hackettstown at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Parsippany, they will be playing at home against Villa Walsh Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
