Volleyball Recap: Dymally Comes Up Short

After flying high against Crenshaw on Monday, Dymally came back down to earth. The Challengers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the George Washington Prep Generals on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Generals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on April 6th.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: George Washington Prep scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-23, 23-25, 25-18.

Dymally has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season. As for George Washington Prep, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-6.

As of now, neither Dymally nor the Generals have any future games scheduled.
